Random thoughts

Thought I'd take a few minutes and jot some thoughts, observations and whatnot down. And yes as I have been told, whole I might not talk a lot I think I could write forever. Have to admit I have gotten lazy again and let the beard out. Funny thing is people I have met tell me I look younger with it than without… plus it is a bit warmer.

Argentina - it is an awesome place and very easy for travelling. It feels extremely European and I haven't had any real issues. As I mentioned before, it really is a beautiful country and all of the towns have a definite European influence in the architecture but it has all gotten a bit tarnished and neglected, which really just kind of adds to its beauty, in an odd stately sort of way. I have to admit that the women, in general are gorgeous but uds. que yo se encuentro, no se gustan los gringos, que mala leche … As I have gotten away from BsAs, the population has changed dramatically. In the mountains you can tell there are definitely more people of native descent than European.

Travelling - in general its not big deal either. I came here with no plans just an idea that I might like to go to Machu Pichu and figure the rest out on the way. But I have discovered that there are tonnes of things to do. It really depends on how much time and what you like to do. Other travelers are generally more than happy to lend advice and we often trade suggestions and stories. It is really easy to get around with the buses and you can always fly too.
